Change monitor_layout script by xrandr-rofi

A convention that tends to create itself, is to name rofi scripts in the following way: <name-rofi>, that's why I modified the script name that is more explicit.

I have seen rofi-<name> used more often then <name>-rofi. Wonder where this convention comes from.
