How to get a custom header from FreeSWITCH Server

I wanna send a custom header from FreeSWITCH Server to mobile or web client. I can get it for web client but I can't get it from mobile client. Can I help me, how to get it? I wanna get "sip_number" or "uuid" custom from header info. Below this my log when I make an inbound call to mobile client:
