Description of the bug

Hello,

First off thank you for building and sharing this repo. I have found it to be an immensely useful resource. Recently however I have found issues with the oddschecker function. Specifically I am getting a "Error in open.connection(x, "rb") : HTTP error 403" at the stage of "html <- xml2::read_html(URL)". I have tried to troubleshoot this myself in the last few days to no avail. Have oddschecker blocked web scraping or is there a work around i can use? Appreciate any help as I am new to webscraping and struggling to fix the issue myself.
