Add support for building a static framework

Since Xcode 9.4 and version 0.30.0 of Carthage static frameworks are supported. It would be great if TrustKit could provide a scheme which builds a static framework instead of a dynamic one. I'm not sure if there will be compatibility issues if TrustKit would completely switched over to static framework, if not, that would also be an option.
