Getting connection error

After I followed the steps, and opened the notebook, I am seeing this error:

All host(s) tried for query failed (tried: host.docker.internal/192.168.65.2:9042 (com.datastax.driver.core.exceptions.TransportException: [host.docker.internal/192.168.65.2:9042] Cannot connect))

Any ideas on how to fix it?
