Test: "Other", "Etc."

Please read how to create a new test if you're interested in writing this test.

Look for ambiguous column names and highlight them.

I think the unnamed column headers basically does this. We can't easily automate determining if "other" or "etc" is weird or not. @geraldarthur you okay to kill?
