What to do now that mastodon links are banned on twitter?

I don't want my twitter account banned so I put a relinked version of my mastodon handle in my pinned tweet as well as a QR code. Maybe also search for "at [email protected]" tho this may become a cat and mouse game.

Is it possible to do the reverse? E.g. follow an account in mastodon and have it added to the list if it has a twitter as one of its profile objects.
