Auto install command for Powerbi.com

There are a number (soon to grow) of pbix files - we need a command to auto-install those to powerbi.com

Hey Rob, I have some code to deploy and query PBI through the API but the biggest hurdle is authentication. I have unattended auth working but both methods require apps to be created within PowerBI or Azure first. Happy to chat on this.
