Remove-DcnClone ConfirmImpact

The ConfirmImpact for the Remove-DcnClone is hard coded to High. Leaving the user no choice but to confirm every action. This keeps this from being using in automation. Was this a testing artifact left in?

Just pass -Confirm:$False to the command to override the prompt.
