The dilemma is clear: Creating a ``Salesforce lite'' for a particular universe of knowledge puts us on the one horn of expending massive amounts of effort defining a data architecture. Conversely, a more flexible architecture will not be able to store and recall facts with the specificity we might want, even within a narrow universe.
