Where is the datacommons.org schema hosted?

I'm trying to get the extension schema for datacommons.org in a machine-consumable form (ideally an .nt file). I tried requested schema.datacommons.org/latest/all-layers.nt and similar, but that gives me Schema.org schema without any of the DataCommons specific types (e.g. County etc)

Is this hosted anywhere?

The FAQ describes the DataCommons schema as an external schema extension of Schema.org, but I don't see it.
