Add callout box for plotting gray images

Here is a first draft of a callout box that explains cmap, vmin, and vmax for plotting grayscale images (discussed in #233). I'm happy to adjust the content based on your feedback. Also, I'm not sure about the position, just below the Sudoku challenge.

The instructions in that challenge are now consistent with the latest version.
