View migration fails for batch with "RecursionError: Unresolved dependencies prevent batch sequencing"

Current Behavior

View migration is failing for a number of views in customer environment. Many of these failures have the existing source tables and succeed while manually created (by modifying the HMS view definition)

Expected Behavior

View migration finishes successfully if the dependencies are resolved.

Currently working on reproducing in integration/sandbox.
