Pipeline Logs are Incorrect

Metastore failure logs are being copied to a few other log files.

1. app_logs/failed_export_jobs.log
2. app_logs/failed_export_clusters.log
3. app_logs/failed_export_secrets.log

Running the export, we have the metastore failures copied directly to these files and we need to investigate further
