Cloud Fetch metric logging too verbose?

Hello,

The cloud fetch metric logging introduced here https://github.com/databricks/databricks-sql-nodejs/pull/305 seems quite verbose. I wonder if INFO is the appropriate log level for this or if DEBUG would be a better fit. I'm happy to provide a PR if wanted.
