DAB Add support for deploying catalogs and schemas as apart of bundle build

It would be really nice if as part of the deployment DAB could allow for us to define catalogs and schemas like how in schemas we can define volumes currently

We can already deploy schemas via DABs (see: https://docs.databricks.com/aws/en/dev-tools/bundles/resources#schemas).

@C0dingMast3r Can you please clarify the ask? Would you like to be able to deploy catalogs with DABs? Are there any issues you are facing with the support for schemas that DABs provides today?
