Describe the issue

databricks auth login ignore DATABRICKS_CONFIG_FILE environmental variable

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Please list the steps required to reproduce the issue, for example:

  1. Set DATABRICKS_CONFIG_FILE to a any location other then home
  2. run databricks auth login
  3. cd ~
  4. ls -a

Expected Behavior

databricks auth login should update the config file located in DATABRICKS_CONFIG_FILE env path

Actual Behavior

databricks auth login ignores DATABRICKS_CONFIG_FILE and uses the default home location.

OS and CLI version

Databricks CLI v0.236.0 Debian GNU/Linux
