feature: workspace import-dir code files using a zip

With the new feature released to run dbt projects from Workspace files, we're setting up more clean DTAP environments where we make an artifact and deploy that to each environment. The only way possible at the moment is the 'slow' databricks workspace import-dir. I can't seem to figure out how to import a .zip file with a set of code files (dbt project).

Now we're using the import-dir /local /remote, only that takes like 2 minutes to copy all the files.
