What is the problem? (only list ONE problem per report)

When "Global Config" "Inquiry mode" is set to "Manual", the adapter continues to enter pairing mode on system power up.

What did you expect to happen?

Expected behavior, the adapter should not enter pairing mode on system power on.

I am not sure if Blueretro must have already minimum one paired gamepad with BT keys saved. After that setting "inquiry" to "Manual" should prevent pairing new BT devices.
