add new shortcuts missing with new update?

Describe the bug

no bindings/options to add new shortcuts in darktable version 5.2.1?

if i double click on any entry of the top table, the rest of the window goes dark, but no new options appear...

Steps to reproduce

go kog wheel top right --> shortcuts

Expected behavior

there should be an option to add a new shortcut?
