darktable hangs on image previously processed with no error

Describe the bug

A previously (a long time ago) developed and exported JPG now causes darktable to hang (even if config is removed). With/without OpenCL. I don't see errors reported.

I processed and exported the image years ago, on 30 September 2021, without problems.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get the files from https://tech.kovacs-telekes.org/files/2024-05-10-dt-hangs/
2. Run darktable --disable-opencl IMG_20210826_165631.jpg

Expected behavior

dt should not hang

Fresh installation of dt 4.7.0+1116~g36354ab986, Ubuntu 22.04, OpenCL enabled or disabled Can reproduce if I use your jpg in combination with the xmp sidecar. The jpg alone loads smoothly.

This is the log of -d all, starting the import at 31.9585 sec, stopped with CTRL-C in terminal at 48.3144 sec: dt-log.zip
