RFC: drag-to-resize should set absolute height

A number of modules now have the ability to click+drag to adjust the module height. However, if you then resize the side-panel on which the module is located, the height of those re-sizeable widgets changes to maintain the aspect ratio.

IMO click+drag should set the absolute height and maintain it when the panel is resized.
