[Splashscreen] Playnite won't show up after quitting a game in fullscreen mode

Bug Description

I found an issue with all versions from version .25 to .32. Version .24 doesn't have this issue but from .25 to .32 (latest) it happens like 90% of the time I don't know why 10% of the time it still shows Playnite after quiting a game

Looking forward for a fix for this

Start a game from Playnite fullscreen, quit game and playnite won't show up but instead keep staying minimized
