Invalid Australian phone number

Having the same issue with the 0493 number in Australia. It's an issue with libPhoneNumber, not platform specific, we tested with Android and Golang libPhoneNumber and they failed too.

@lrob7325 Thanks for sharing your solution. We remove the in-app payment SDK and use the card reader SDK with manual card input entry to handle paying with inputting card number...
