Could you please publish the recent lib changes to PyPI?

https://pypi.org/project/cbpro/ is currently at 1.1.4 and it would be lovely to use the new improvements in the develop branch. (Crucially, https://github.com/danpaquin/coinbasepro-python/pull/337 to prevent dropped websocket connections, and also https://github.com/danpaquin/coinbasepro-python/pull/351 once merged)

This would be gratefully appreciated!

Additionally, 1.1.4 depends on requests==2.13.0 which has a security vulnerability that can leak your api keys. This vulnerability is fixed in requests>=2.20.0. Please bump!
