New Course 6 reqs are broken

I'm fairly sure I messed up globalMatchesSkip and globalMatchesIgnore when adding these. Also, the programming add-on now has a subject number (6.S080).

I need to set up the environment locally, but it should be a relatively easy fix once ready.

Was this ever resolved? I think it may be the cause of a bug emailed in a while ago, but I don't understand the syntax either.

I forget what exactly was broken. I never submitted a patch, though.
