Hello, Thank you for this excellent tool. I have applied it to freesurfer surface based analysis and it works great. I now I have another way that I would like to apply it but it is a bit more tricky. I have tracts generated by tractseg in .tck format and I was wondering if it would be possible to combine those and make them into a background that could then be used in a plot. Is there already a way to do that or maybe you have done it previously? Thanks again, Pawel
