Correction of the transliteration of the Cyrillic character "x". The transliteration of the "х" character as "kh" is an erroneous opinion. It's like saying not "hello", but "khello".

This should probably be a language-specific change in the langSpecificCharsArray. I also believe you forgot to change the capital version of the letter; Х.
