Add pattern analyze_patent

What this Pull Request (PR) does

Adds a new pattern called analyze_patent which (as is evident from the name) analyzes the text (claims and description) of a patent. The output is: field of technology; the problem being addressed; the advantages provided; assessment of novelty; assessment of inventive step; summary of the patent; keywords describing the main concept.
