Consider packaging and distribution on conda-forge

In addition to publishing distributions for brew and snap, it would be very nice to also distribute on conda-forge. This would allow for people to install in a self contained and isolated environment in user space through Pixi with pixi global install imgcat.

As imgcat is a Go tool it would basically be just:

• Forking https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes
• Making a new branch
• Copying an existing Go recipe like from https://github.com/conda-forge/brev-feedstock
• Editing for imgcat
• Submitting the results in a PR

Though I see that you (@danielgatis) are already a maintainer of other tools on conda-forge (https://github.com/orgs/conda-forge/teams?query=%40danielgatis) so you know the drill already. 👍
