Commit Identifier into table

I generate the HTML table, and I'd like a column for the commit identifier. I don't see an option for this in the plugin configuration.

This would also be useful for the text version.

@danielflower , thanks for such a useful plugin. Would be really great if commit id/hash is also included into report. Any plans on implementing this?
