unable to download files

Hey, i'm trying to use this with my tolino vision 4hd. When I try to download any file on my eReader, the progress bar appears and when it's full, there is a popup window saying "An error eccured while loading your file. The file is prosumably damaged and cannot be opened." This happens regardless of whether i send files or download links of the files. It also happened with all files i tried so far. When I transfered the files via usb, they were working fine.
