Xunit.Ioc attributes remove testRunner icon

Marking an xunit test class with [RunWith(typeof(IocTestClassCommand))] [DependencyResolverBootstrapper(typeof(NinjectTestsBootstrapper))] removes the testRunner icon from next to the [Fact] method.  Removing the attributes restores the symbol:

I installed this nuget and it's working great, except that I had to downgrade Ninject to version 1.9.2 to get it to install. Is there a reason the latest Ninject...
