Functionality - Lists

Lists need to be implemented.

+, - & * can be used interchangeably to create a bulleted list. Markdown that outputs HTML will just spit out a

    , in MD2OXML +, - & * could each represent a different style of list. For now just a bulleted list would be a start.

    Ordered lists follow the convention of a number followed by a period. Into word this should create a numbered list.
