e.g. Epoch & Unix into a nicely formatted string in the time zone one selects. Probably others that could be done as well

Hey @charlie17, I added functionality to define custom widgets with which you could add a date/time converter on your own. I used https://www.unixtimestamp.com/ for my tests. I'll monitor usage and keep this issue open in case many people are using it (and will provide an out of the box solution).
