Windows port [WIP]

Right now it only works on x86_64 machines that support vulkan (eg amd ryzen & intel 6th+) you also need to dedicate at least 4Gb of ram to it.

It only gives a black screen for now but the emulator itself works.

To test it download Android Emulator 31.3.7 and unzip and copy the contents of the emulator folder and copy it to fimage/windows-x64. After that you open windows-fimage-gui-hostGPU.bat Make sure you download fimage from the windows-port branch!

Only headless is working right now and its really slow because aemu is emulating an broadwell cpu.
