DJ Add Support for Upload Only (Not Queue)

Add support for just uploading songs to the server. For instance, currently I have a 15GB library I would like to upload to DJ, but if I do so, it will enqueue every song that I upload. I would like a button with dropdown that allows for two options, Upload and Queue and Upload Only. Make Upload and Queue the default and Upload Only available with the dropdown. This should not be too hard given the built-in support for button dropdowns in bootstrap and all the upload code already exists.

If you can give me an idea of where to look in the directory, I can probably do it.

If I want to upload my alternative library to be easily available for everyone on DJ. Because some of the music is not commonly heard, it can be hard to find on YouTube or soundcloud

How would people know about the music if it's just sitting on the server unplayed in the first place?
