Cannot install pocketcpp from the 7zip self extractor provided on this page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I downloaded pocketcpp from the downloads page.
2. I initialize the 7zip self-extracting installer.
3. Within seconds, the installer shows an estimated time of over 4 hours (and 
rising), it does not process the extracted files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see a 7zip installer that works


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
I'd love to use pocketcpp, but the installer just doesn't work
