the package have any form to connect the answers to MySQL?

Currently, no. That is on the wishlist and would be implemented when I find funding to work on this package.

Hi. Newbie here. Can't the questions and data be read and written to a database using a date frame or tibble?

They can, but you'll have to alter the code for that, currently this package does not support that
