Issue with Talos IP list download

Download of Talos IP list kept hanging during AVATAR install. They seem to have a new location for the file. It's redirecting in my browser but not in the script via the proxy. Amended line 441 of autosnort-ubuntu-AVATAR.sh to include the new URL: https://talos-intelligence-site.s3.amazonaws.com/production/document_files/files/000/067/604/original/ip_filter.blf

Then it worked perfectly. Thanks for a great script.

Hey @burnya1, I am using your line as well, are you also using the |IPBLACKLIST|OPEN as well? I 403 out when I do, but get the error I referenced in #66
