Add a toggle accessable from toolbar

It would be great to have a button that serve as a toggle to enable/disable the extension rather than going into the Addons page to do so.

Host permission controls will handle this (part of extension manifest v3). Ready in Chrome, but I’m waiting for Firefox or Safari to catch up before migrating. So, it’ll be available on a per-site basis (an allow/block list) natively in the browser.
