dCacheView + X509 auth + Chrome: download asks again for cert

Dear dCache devs,

As mentioned in https://github.com/dCache/dcache/issues/5883#issuecomment-831355159, using dCacheView with X509 auth in Chrome has a small peculiar issue: at the first file view or download in a session, the WebDAV door asks again for the certificate. Later views or downloads seem to remember the credentials because the certificate dialogue does not appear after the first view or download.

This is not a serious issue; only the first view or download in a session seems affected. But it may indicate that CORS does not work with this particular combination, and there might be consequences I can't see. However, I would understand if this issue is not serious enough to spend a lot of time on.
