Feature request: Posibility to add notes to a build and an item

Open Styxion opened this issue 9 years ago • 7 comments

Hello,

it would very useful to add notes to a build (as separate tab-register) and remarks to an item (as tooltip). With this notes/remarks, it should be possible to add explanations to the build or prefered stats to an item.

Greetings Styxion

I second this. The ability to embed a youtube video in the notes tab would be nice as well.

I'm planning some improvements in this area once I'm done with the simulator, I'll see what I can do. Also going to have some sort of landing page, with popular builds and stuff (there's a "demo" here: http://www.d3planner.com/translate/test.php).

Great - The future looks bright. :) An landing page with popular builds, ranked by visitors with filter-options would also be a progess.

On a side note, how about displaying the build name in the title? It's certainly confusing when you have multiple tabs with the same "Diablo III Character Planner" name ;)

That makes sense, though a lot of people don't name their builds, even if they intend to share it. I'll probably require a name for public builds in the future (obviously I can't list nameless builds on a landing page).

Maybe it is possible to autoname nameless build, based on most high dps skill, or set used.
