Support hardware wallets

It is recommended that you store the private keys on a dedicated hardware device like a cold card, bitbox, trezor, ledger and others. Stack Wallet should support interfacing with them. Be it via USB, NFC, BT or other methods.

I would like to see support for Trezor hardware wallets eventually since Trezor hardware wallets are open source.

I hope Trezor is first one integrated. Ledger is the most popular but is not doing well with its reputation and I would say Trezor is the second most popular hardware wallet.
