Can swap on fixed rate

Reproduce Steps

Open Stack Wallet Open Swap tab Open Fixed Rate tab Type value of 100$ into receive tab

Can reproduce on linux x64. The Fixed rate do work when setting the amount in the You will send section but not in the You will receive one. Will investigate.

This is sad, because I can't reliably send a specific amount

Not all swap providers allow fixed rate swaps and some do not allow setting the exact amount you want to receive.

It is entirely possible that there is a bug on our side though somewhere. @SyntheticBird45 was looking into this at one point.
