Add an option to enable the plugin easily

Thanks for this great addon, it is very helpful. I just wonder if it can be possible to add the option to activate the plugin without go to "Preferences-->Plugins-->eog-modofied date--> Enable", maybe something like a check option at the menu option at eog (for example below Slideshow option), as the "Tools" option at Gedit menu.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, I don't think plugins have access to change the menu before being activated. Though I can look into it when I have some time. Thanks.
