Implement Create input adapters

Draft PR because not finished yet.

This PR adds input adapters for the Create mod, including but not limited to: The speedometer, the Stressometer and the Rotation Speed Controller.

It has been a while since I last did anything related to Telem so please let me know if anything should be changed.
