how do you uninstall smartcd?

It's enough to rename or remove ~/.smartcd_config, although if you you want to remove the library and scripts entirely you may remove the ~/.smartcd directory as well

I suppose it's reasonable to provide a "smartcd uninstall" or "smartcd disable" command too, so I'll leave this open to track that
