SCS 3.0 compatibility

Just encountered this bug. Any suggestions on where to start to fix this?

I'm hoping to have a PR up tonight.

It seems to have already been fixed, but that 1.0.18 isn't available via pip?

Any sense of when the update will be on PyPI

@PTNobel related finding: https://github.com/cvxpy/cvxpy/pull/1593#issuecomment-1001005014 This should be fixed after #50 is merged.
