whois query for BGP peers doesn't work behind a proxy

Hello, When doing discovery it seems to timeout on discovering information about our BGP peers - disabling this fixes the issue. The environment variables HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY are set - perhaps Netdot could use those?
